a dream.

when I first heard your voice,
as if I gulped
a glass full of wine.

when you asked
how I am,
my heart glittered,
like the jewelled sky.

when you touch me first,
my blood spurt,
like a river roars
between the mountains.

when you take my hand

in your hand,
I forget to breath
like the waterfalls’ forget to fall.

while chirping birds,
declares it’s dawn,
and I only wish this
dream comes true.

Edit by my senior Peter William

When I first heard your voice —

As I’d gulped

A glass of wine

When you asked

How am I ?

My heart glittered

Like the jewelled sky.

When you touched me

My blood roared

Like a river running

Through the mountains.

When you took my hand

In yours

The waterfall froze

As bird song

Declared the dawn —

Hope held this fragile

Dream come true. –
